Ownership & Copyright
All images delivered by Britt Eisele Photography are the intellectual property of Britt Eisele and are protected under U.S. copyright law. By downloading or using any image, the client acknowledges that:
Britt Eisele Photography retains full copyright ownership over all files, including edited and raw versions.
No ownership rights are transferred upon download, delivery, or payment — only limited-use licensing as described below.
Permitted Use (Standard Client License)
Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for personal or business-related purposes as outlined in their specific contract or photo session agreement. This includes:
Printing for personal use (albums, wall art, etc.)
Sharing on personal social media platforms
Business use on websites, social media, or marketing materials (if a commercial or branding session was booked)
Prohibited Use
Clients may not:
Sell, license, or profit from the images in any form
Use the images in contests, publications, or advertising without written permission
Alter, filter, or modify images in a way that misrepresents the original work
Provide images to third parties (including partners, vendors, or publications) without written consent and appropriate credit
Photo Credit Requirement
For all public or online use (especially social media or website), the client agrees to credit the work as:

(or by tagging @britteisele or @adventures_in_vinoland as specified)
License Revocation
Use of images is contingent upon full payment for the session or project. If payment is withheld or terms are violated, Britt Eisele Photography reserves the right to revoke all usage rights and pursue copyright enforcement, including takedown requests or legal action.
